Driving Directions
River Bluff Ranch and Country Hills
From Spokane - go north on Hwy 395 past Wandermere Mall, across big bridge over Little Spokane River. Exit Hwy 395 at Hatch Road. Turn left (west) onto Hatch, go under the highway to bottom of hill where Hatch ends. Turn left (south) onto Dartford Road. Turn right (west) onto Austin Road. Go 1.9 miles on Austin Road in a westerly, northwesterly direction. Go the full 1.9 miles to a fork in the road, take the left fork onto Hazard Road. Go west 1 mile on Hazard Road to Dalton Road.
For River Bluff Ranch, follow our sign, and continue on Hazard Road another 0.6 miles to the entrance gate.
For Country Hills, follow our sign, turn left (south) onto Dalton Road. Go 0.6 miles to Country Hills Lane. Turn right (west) onto Country Hills Lane and proceed to entrance gate.
From the north (Deer Park) - go south on Hwy 395 to Monroe Road. Turn right (west) from highway onto Monroe Road. Travel west 1 mile to Austin Road. Turn left (south) onto Austin Road. Travel south 1 mile to intersection with Hazard Road. Turn right (west) onto Hazard Road and proceed west as described above.
River Bluff Estates
Go to Rutter Parkway on north side of Little Spokane River. Turn north onto Dorsett Road. Proceed to the end of Dorsett Road to the entrance gate for River Bluff Estates.
